Through my time at UCLA, I have been incredibly fortunate to have received some amazing opportunites to get hands-on experience applying the knowledge and skills I learned in the classroom to real-world applications via my various internships at the Electron Losses and Fields Investigation (ELFIN) satellite, Northrop Grumman, Yelp, LinkedIn, and Facebook/Instagram. I thoroughly enjoyed all of my internships and learned an immense amount of knowledge about both technical skills, in addition to the knowledge and insights regarding industry, pros/cons of several companies, and how to ultimately set myself up to succeed working in tech. I am proud to say that I after I graduate from UCLA in June 2020, I will be working full-time for my number 1 company at LinkedIn in Sunnyvale, CA starting in Fall 2020.

• Built a real-time data streaming application using Apache Samza, Beam, and Kafka for the Search Appearances feature that generates "weekly search statistics" for over 600M LinkedIn members, which processes an estimated input of 22k QPS Kafka events and 2k QPS in output
